Scope of Application
This Right of Withdrawal policy applies to all contracts for digital services and software services concluded between JoMoCo UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G. and consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), provided that the provider offers services to consumers.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform

Email: info@jomoco-solutions.com
Phone: +49 152 23156880
by means of a clear declaration in text form, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if JoMoCo UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G. has fully performed the contractually owed service and the execution of the service has only begun after the consumer has expressly agreed that the provider shall begin with the execution of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and the consumer has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract.
Note on Premature Execution
If the consumer requests that the provider begin with the performance of the service during the withdrawal period, the consumer shall pay the provider an appropriate amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time the consumer informs the provider of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
